Kelsey got woken up by an orange falling on her in the middle of the night, but the birds had us all wide awake before 6. I should have recorded them, it was really loud, but nice.
I eat hills for breakfast! It’s a good thing since we climbed some steep grades for the first 20km. Sadly it isn’t hereditary and my daughter may hate me! Beautiful views, great pavement, but no shoulder. 🙁 It’s spring here and flowers are blooming and the greens are very bright. I wish I had some scratch and sniff pictures to send you, it smelled so good!
We made it to Thames early enough to enjoy a quiet and relaxing evening at another very nice campsite.
