Time: Departing at 8am, finishing at around 11.

Join Our Club: We are a registered Provincial Club with Cycling BC! Sign up for an annual Cycling BC membership for $80 and benefit from insurance for yourself and your bike during our rides as well as when you’re out training on their own. Please contact us to find out how to become a member.
What you get: A quality, led, no-drop women’s group ride aimed at increasing fitness.

Is this ride for you? At Liv Vancouver, we want to create opportunities for women to ride more and find a community of other women to ride with. Our Sunday rides are intermediate level, no-drop fitness road rides from 8:00am to 11:00am. Our goal is to train and get stronger, but this is not a race-minded hammerfest. However, riders should be prepared for 3 hours of steady riding at average speeds of ~22-25kph. After all, it’s all about getting out there, challenging yourself on the bike. Plus, we like to be social, and enjoy a delicious coffee and treat at the end! We ask that all riders have at least a basic knowledge of the dynamics of group riding and road cycling.
*We will ride rain or shine so long as we have a minimum of riders signed up, but obviously not if conditions are dangerous (ie. ice, snow, strong winds).*

Bring: All riders should have a road bike with drop bars. Drop bar gravel or cyclo-cross bikes required for gravel rides. We’re also asking road bikes to be fitted with fenders (aka “frienders”) – please inquire if you need some installed. Riders are responsible for ensuring that bikes are in good, working condition. Riders must supply their own snacks, water, and a repair kit in the event of a flat tire.
