What: Aiming to get stronger in the New Year? Join us at the store for strength training sessions designed for women, led by coach, personal trainer and mountain biker Jason Bond (www.bondtraining.ca).

Date: Session 1 – January 17 and Session 2 – January 24. Sessions will be different yet will complement each other. They can be done as a pack or individually.

Time: 6-7:30pm

Where: Liv Vancouver, 1709 W 4th Ave., Vancouver, B.C.

About: Jason will take participants through an interactive strength workout that focuses on areas specific to cycling using minimal equipment (provided). Done regularly, these workouts will help you become stronger in your everyday life and on your bikes. Workouts can easily be adjusted for the individual depending on fitness level and experience.

Bring: Please come dressed for a workout — gym shorts, t-shirt, gym shoes, towel, water bottle.
