Please join Holistic Nutritionist Andrea McDonald at Liv Cycling Vancouver on Wednesday, June 14 at 6 p.m. for an informative session on fueling for endurance cycling.
Andrea will provide simple and practical nutrition tips and strategies for staying fuelled and hydrated on the bike. Participants will also have the opportunity to sample superfood smoothies and date energy balls. Yum!
