On Sunday July 23, women across the globe will be riding 100km for the Rapha Women’s 100 annual event. Come join us at the Liv Vancouver cycling shop, and ride a guided 100km.

We will have the Liv Vancouver shop open for 6:30 AM, so you can get signed-in, meet the ride leaders, ensure your tires have enough air, and enjoy a pre-ride espresso.

The Plan
After splitting into two pace groups, we will depart at 7 AM and pedal our way towards Port Moody, Buntzen, Second Narrows Bridge, Deep Cove, North Vancouver, Lower Lonsdale and back into the city via Lions Gate Bridge and the West End. This ride route will be a good mixture of ups, downs, flats, scenic side roads, speedy streets and should provide you with a fantastic challenge.

View the route on Strava here.

Sign-up for the ride by RSVPing here on EventBrite — we appreciate your RSVP in advance, so that we can anticipate your participation.

We have have free swag and door prizes for everyone who RSVPs! So sign-up and get your name on our list!!

What To Bring And What To Expect
All riders should have their own nutrition, water, and a repair kit in the event of a flat tire. Riders are responsible for ensuring that their bikes are in good, working condition. We ask that all riders have at least a basic knowledge of the dynamics of group riding and road cycling. Road bikes with drop-style bars are required, no hybrids or flat-bar bikes, thank you.

The two pace groups you can choose from will be a faster group (25-30km/hr) and a steady group (20-25 km/hr). You choose the group that best fits your abilities. Both groups will meet up at a mid-way point to enjoy a short break, with snacks and water refills.

Post-ride, we will all meet at the Liv Vancouver cycling shop and enjoy espresso beverages, baked goods and free swag!
