What: Group Cyclocross Ride
When: Sunday November 4th
Time: Departing at 9am, finishing at around 11. Please arrive a few minutes early to sign waivers and meet the ride leaders.
Location: Liv Vancouver / 1709 West 4th Ave., Vancouver, BC
Cost: $5 donation, or a whole year of rides with our $200 club membership, which also includes your own Liv jersey (value $139.99).
What you get: A quality, led, no-drop women’s group ride aimed at increasing fitness. Coffee and treat after!

Is this ride for you? At Liv Vancouver, we want to create opportunities for women to ride more and find a community of other women to ride with. This Sunday ride is an intermediate level, no-drop fitness ride from 9:00am to 11:00am. Our goal is to train and get stronger, but this is not a race-minded hammerfest. However, riders should be prepared for 2 hours of steady riding where intermediate skills on a cyclocross come in handy. After all, it’s all about getting out there, challenging yourself on the bike. Plus, we like to be social, and enjoy a delicious coffee and treat at the end! We ask that all riders have at least a basic knowledge of the dynamics of group riding, especially on trails.
*We will ride rain or shine so long as we have a minimum of riders signed up, but obviously not if conditions are dangerous (ie. ice, snow, strong winds).*

Bring: All riders should have a cyclocross bike with drop bars. Riders are responsible for ensuring that bikes are in good, working condition. Riders must supply their own snacks, water, and a repair kit in the event of a flat tire.
