What better way to relax and care for your tired cycling muscles than an evening of yoga and socializing paired with post-stretch beverages and snacks, presented in collaboration with our friends from Kit and Ace and  Conscious Cookie Co.? Grab your yoga mat and join us at the Liv shop for a one-hour(ish) yoga class. Following class, you’ll enjoy social time, sips and snacks, including deliciously guilt-free cookies from Conscious Cookie Co.

The yoga session will be led by our guest yoga teacher, Emily (of Conscious Cookie Co.). She will take participants through poses that target classic weaknesses and tight spots for cyclists. Emily has been practicing yoga at various studios, festivals, as well as privately for five years, and is certified by a 200-hour yoga instructor training course in Bali with BlissologyHer love for the practice goes beyond the physical and is a love she wishes to share. She has prepared a flow specifically for those tight hips from biking! Along with a meditation that’s sure to leave you feeling refreshed with a clear mind.
